New month!
For the longest time I would look for events such as a new month to say “okay now I will start” or “everything will change this month” only to fail a few days later and make no progress. Instead of trying to completely change your habits overnight, make small changes. Maybe this month you can try to drink more water (thats my goal!), workout an extra day each week, or avoid...

Thanks for the input, you guys are so right. I think I’ll hide my scale and just weigh once a week. It would be nice to not have to weigh at all but I get so curious lol

How often do you weigh yourself?
And why? I weigh 2-3 times a day but I think less often is better.
You stand to lose up to 22% muscle mass if you go...
